Sound Problems
  • 1-No sound from USB headset microphone, no sound on both sides of the headset or only one side of the headset has sound. How to solve the problem?
    ① Cable Plugging Problem Checking: Make sure that the 3.5mm connector and the USB end of the audio cable are inserted into the corresponding ports tightly. If it is, the microphone is working and in good condition, and the LED indicator will remain blue.
    ② MUTE Status Checking: Check if you have selected the "MUTE" state (the LED indicator will remain RED). If so, please press the "Mute" button and change to the non-mute state, and increase the volume.
    ③ Computer Setting Checking: Check whether it has selected "USB Audio Device" in the "Recording Settings". If not, please set it up. If it has been selected, but the microphone still does not work, it means that the headset or USB cable is damaged.
    * Headset Checking:
    Plug the 3.5mm connector directly into an audio-out/audio-in port in your computer without using a USB cable, and try to record something on the computer, if you hear nothing after finishing the record, it means the headset is broken. If there are no problems when making records, the headset is in good condition.
    * USB Cable Checking:
    Use the USB cable connect to your computer and make a record test as said above, if you hear nothing in sound records, then the USB cable is broken and you need to change to a new one.
  • 2-There is noise when listening to music. How to solve it?
    Please reopen and reconnect the headset. If the noise still exists, then reset the headset.
  • 3-The microphone doesn’t work. What’s the reason?
    The Bluetooth headsets are not compatible with all communication software/APP. If the microphone is normal when making phone calls and listening to music, it is not recommended to use those incompatible apps.
  • 4-The voice at both ends is not clear when making a call. Why?
    It maybe caused by signal interference. Please go to an open space and the signal will be stronger. Please note: the range of connectivity is about 15 meters(49 feet), but typically may be limited to 40 feet or even shorter because the Bluetooth signals may be weakened or interfered by walls and other obstructions.
  • 5-The Bluetooth headset is connected to the device successfully, but the sound cannot be heard. What is the reason?
    Please make sure your device is connected to the right Bluetooth headset and test whether the sound output is normal.
    *The method of testing sound:
    ① Make sure the headset is fully charged, and then test whether there is a sound notification saying” POWER ON”;
    ② Open a music app and play some music to check if there has sound output.
    ③ Use the extra wired earphone cable (provided) to test whether the sound is normal when listening to music or making a phone call.
Connection Problems
  • 1-How to connect two devices at the same time?
    Step1:Turn on the Bluetooth headset and open Bluetooth function on phone A, search the Bluetooth device and connect it, then close the connection on phone A;
    Step 2:Turn on the Bluetooth headset and open Bluetooth function on phone B, search the Bluetooth device and connect it;
    Step 3:Keep the Bluetooth headset is connected to phone B and the re-connect phone A.
  • 2-The Bluetooth headset cannot be connect to PC/ laptop.
    Please test whether the headset can be connected to the mobile phone, if it can be connected, you may need to install the driver on the PC/laptop.
  • 3-The headset keeps disconnecting when using.
    The Bluetooth signal may be interfered by the environment. Please go to an open space and the signal will be stronger. If the problem still exists, please reset it. If above solutions do not work, it means the headset is broken.
  • 4-If the Bluetooth headset cannot be connected to the mobile phone after using it for a period of time, how to solve it?
    Please reset the headset; make it fully charged and then connect it to your mobile phone.
Charging Problems
  • 1-Why can’t the charging function of the wireless fast charging headphone stand be used?
    First, make sure your phone has wireless charging function, and turn it on in phone settings.
    Then, please make sure the phone is placed in a valid charging area:
    ① The mobile phone must be placed within the effective range for charging, and the charging range of this stand is centered on the pattern. The charging receiving position of each mobile phone is different, mostly in the center of the back of the mobile phone; while others are on the side, such as some Samsung models.
    ② There should be no partition between the phone and the charging stand, especially metal materials. There must be no anti-magnetic interference around the charging stand.
    ③ Power input requirements: the charger should be above 1.5A, if the computer USB port does not meet this requirement, it will affect the charging. The charging cable should reach 1.5A or more, otherwise, it may not work for your phone.
  • 2-The charging indicator turns blue only after a few minutes of charging, indicating that it has fully charged. Is that normal?
    Normally, the battery is completely drained, and it takes 1-3 hours to fully charge. If you observe that the indicator light quickly turns blue, you can test whether the headset can be turned on and whether you can see the battery level on the phone.
  • 3-Why the newly purchased earphones cannot be charged or cannot be charged after using for a period of time?
    Use other chargers and charging cables to charge the headset for 30 minutes, and check if the red light keeps flashing (charging status). If it is, it means that the headset is in good condition and the charger needs to be replaced. If it is not, it means that the headset is broken.
  • 4-What do the different colors of charging indicator mean?
    The red light indicates that the headset is charging and the blue light indicates that the headset is fully charged.
Other Devices Problems
  • 1-The USB cable of the headset does not respond or the laptop cannot recognize it. How to do?
    ① Check whether the LED indicator turns BLUE, if not, please make sure you have chosen “USB Audio Device” in “Recording Setting” on your computer.
    ② Disconnect the USB cable to the headset and computer, and then reconnect them again;
    ③ Connect the headset to another computer and check whether the USB cable is normal. If it is normal, the USB cable is in good condition, which means you need to restart the first computer device and set it for recording.
  • 2-When the headset is connected to two devices at the same time, how to switch to the calling device that you want to use?
    If two phones get a call at the same time, only phone A can receive its call rather than phone B. If the call comes alone ether from Phone A or Phone B, it can be switched to each phone to receive calls automatically. Please note that it cannot switch at will when two phone phones in a calling status.
  • 3-Can the headset be used as a wireless microphone when recording video?
    Yes, it can be used as a wireless microphone to record video with built-in recording apps on your phone. Please note that some recording apps downloaded from the app store may not be compatible with the headset.
  • 4-How to reset the headset?
    Press and hold the answer button and volume "+" button for 3 seconds at the same time to reset the headset.
